In the past I worked in textile design and taught fashion design.
In the last few years I have concentrated on painting while textiles continues to influence my work.

The influence is evident in the colors and composition.
Many materials and layers are used to create a special colored texture.
I paint on canvas, paper and wood in different sizes using a combination of techniques which include print, collage, recycled paper, and gold paper.

I identify with the contemporary stream called "intuitive painting" whose characteristics are defined as free painting and personal expression without preliminary planning of the composition .The painter has a free choice of colors and composition.
